NOVEMBER 2021
1 YEAR CHANGE IN AVERAGE SALES PRICE: +15.6 %
1 YEAR CHANGE IN # OF HOMES FOR SALE: - 34.7 %
1 YEAR CHANGE IN # OF CLOSED SALES: -1.0 %
For
those of you that follow the monthly sales highlights that I post here,
the only category that shows a really significant change is the in
number of closed sales compared to the previous year. Last month the
number was -8.4% less and this month it is only 1.0 % less! That's
actually a pretty good indicator of how strong the market is, especially considering that there are so many fewer homes available for sale than there were a year ago.
The average sales price continues to increase and that leads me to my (by now familiar) suggestion:
If you have been thinking about selling your Home, now might be the time to act!
Even
in the middle of the Holiday Season people who are putting their homes
